Originally released in 1988, more than a decade after their iconic self-titled album, ‘A Way of Life’ saw Alan Vega & Martin Rev once again team up with The Cars’ frontman Ric Ocasek to produce “nine creepily ingratiated industrial pop songs” (Pitchfork). To celebrate its 35th Anniversary, ‘A Way of Life’ has been fully remastered on Limited Edition Transparent Blue Vinyl which also features two bonus tracks; ‘Heat Beat’ and ‘Born in the USA (Single Edit) (Live in Paris 1988)’, a Bruce Springsteen cover. The 1CD Expanded Edition features four previously unearthed recordings including live versions of ‘Devastation’ and ‘Cheree’.
