1. Jimmy Cliff is number one with the cover version of The Clash! I am so proud.
2. The most beautiful song in the world is number 3!
3. Danish artists Mikael Simpson, Kristina Renée, Gasolin’ and Laust Sonne are still rocking the chart. (Black Light White Heat is another new Danish artist on NMU).
4. The new Erasure single is their best in 20 years. Mute Records rock. (Yann Tierson is another exciting Mute artist).
5. I was so thrilled to find all three David Bowie/Klaus Nomi performances on Saturday Night Live. So are you!!!
6. Bill Ryder-Jones, Dead Skeletons and Blood Orange are “NMU darlings”, that this blog is trying to break single handedly 🙂
