“Do You Wanna Touch Me” reached Number 2 in the UK Singles Chart in January 1973, his third successive UK hit. The song represented something of a departure from the “trademark” of the Glitter sound and it was co-written by Glitter and his record producer, Mike Leander.

Hard to forget Ho Chi Min City, but I suppose that city is hard to forget for a lot of people earlier on when it was called Saigon — what remains is: he was a great artist, and, yes, he fell, but so did other renowned artists – like Celine, Jean Genet, Rimbaud, Knut Hamsun and many others, who left excellent work for future generations. Let´s appreciate, let´s forgive.
