Exciter is the tenth studio album by English electronic music band Depeche Mode, released in the United Kingdom on 14 May 2001 by Mute Records and in the United States on 15 May by Reprise Records. The album was produced by Mark Bell of Björk and LFO fame. The album also launched the Exciter Tour, one of the band’s most successful tours. Dirt is a bonus track from a 2007 rerelease.
