“Alle Fangerne” is one of the rare numbers with Danish lyrics by the group Before. Before was a legendary Danish postpunk band formed in 1980 by Fritz “Fatal” Bonfils (Vox) and Martin Hall (Guitar). The track is off the record “30 minutes” which is a live recording of the band supporting New Order’s first concert in Denmark, which took place on 17th of May 1981 (one day prior to the 1 year anniversary of the suicide Ian Curtis leader singer of Joy Division which later became New Order). Peter Hook of New Order assisted the sound technician. After the concert Martin Hall left the group to countinue with his own group Ballet Mécanique. Fritz countinue with Before and the group recorded their debut album “A Wish of Life” (1982) and two non album singles before splitting in 1983.
