Danny White was born July 6, 1931 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Raised in the city’s Hollygrove area, he sang gospel in church.
He return to New Orleans and, he began playing with his band the Cavaliers.

This song is his 1st.singel for Frisco Label in 1963.

DANNY WHIT AND THE CAVILERS PLAYED AT THE WAL NUT ROOM AT THE LAKEFRONT AIRPORT ON THE WEEKENDS POPPA STOPPA DID HE LIVE RADIO SHOW FROM THE CLUB .IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO GO HEAR THE LIVE MUSIC AND DANCE AND HAVE A FEW DRINKS .TOMMIE RIDGLEY AND HIS UNTOUCHABLES WERE THERE TOO IRMA THOMAS AND MANY MORE OF THE NEW ORLEANS SINGERS
