The first single from Dopamine Chamber, the fifth Fontaines D.C. album, out on XL on October 16 and produced again by James Ford. Partly inspired by Ripley, the black-and-white series set on the Amalfi coast, it is a slow, haunted invitation to slip away from your own life; Grian Chatten sang the album’s vocals in Palermo, in a booth built from mattresses and cushions. It became the band’s first single to spend two weeks in the UK Top 40, peaking at No. 19, and reached No. 4 in Ireland.
