Released in 1971, this single from Cliff seemed to slip under the radar as far as drug references go in songs. Maybe because it was Cliff, but, never mind, it’s a great pop tune and not one of his more widely known or played ones either. Taken from the original 7″ vinyl. “Flying Machine” reached number 1 in Malaysia, and reached the top 5 in Denmark in 1971.
