The first Echo & the Bunnymen song in more than a decade and the first single from Apples for Isaac, their thirteenth album: a walk through Brussels and the lives of the people who have passed through the city and gone, carried on Will Sergeant’s chiming guitars, a throbbing bassline and Ian McCulloch’s baritone. Almost every song on the record has Clem Burke of Blondie on drums, a longtime friend of McCulloch’s who died while it was being finished; the album is dedicated to him.

Echo & the Bunnymen: Ian McCulloch, Will Sergeant; drums: Clem Burke, who plays on ten of the album’s eleven songs and died in April 2025 while it was being finished. Produced by Ian McCulloch, who mixed the record with Alan Moulder and Andrea Wright. From Apples for Isaac, BMG, September 18, 2026.
