French electronic duo Justice rev their funk engines with “Safe and Sound,” their first new song in five years. “Man up, hold tight, driving dark/ Head up, foot down, speed of sound,” voices chant on the track – a psychedelic disco epic built on finger snaps, synth-strings, spastic jazz-fusion synths and one of the fiercest slap-bass grooves since Patrice Rushen’s 1982 classic “Forget Me Nots.”
