Prolific home recording enthusiasts and kindred eccentric spirits Ariel Pink and R. Stevie Moore made music together, and the collected works — some 60 songs — were self-released by Moore’s with the horrible, horrible title Klu Klux Glam. Twenty of those songs were then released on cassette, still with that title, in 2012 by Stroll On Records, and now the label is pressing it to vinyl for the first time. The title, which can’t be stressed enough is terrible, is really the only thing controversial about the record, which includes lots of a capella ditties, incomplete thoughts, and a few genuinely engaging pop songs, like “Come My Way.
